1. Don’t worry. Worry is the cause of events and our thoughts are not productive.
  2. Don’t let unfounded fears take control of your life.  Most of the things we fear never happen.
  3. Don’t hold a grudge. This is the most substantial and most unnecessary energy throughout our lives.
  4. Solve each problem one at a time This is the only way to handle any problem. One by one.
  5. All of these issues need not be taken to bed. It is bad and unhealthy foods, make it a habit to sleep comfortably.
  6. Don’t interfere in issues / other people's business. They have their own way to deal with any problem.
  7. Don’t live in the past. Enjoy past as memories, but don’t depend on it. Concentrate your life on current events and you will be happy now, not only in the past.
  8. Be a good listener. Only when a listener, someone get and learn new ideas different from others.
  9. Don’t let frustration ruin and organize your life. Have mercy on yourself more than anything, active with positive activities.
  10. Count your blessings. Never forget the blessings that we have received the slightest. More and more small graces that we collect will be more meaningful for our lives.
